Just been speaking to Renault Media Help - apparently they say Live services can't be reinstated for UK vehicles (mines a 19 plate Captur) unless the network status shows connected. Mine shows disconnected. Apparently a main dealer MAY be able to reconnect - presumably at a cost. However, the Live services can only be reconnected if this status update is done before 31 Aug 2024 - something to do with UK law and REnault ability to provide the Tom Tom Live services in the UK post Brexit???

Anyone know anything about this? The advisor said emails were sent out but I've had nothing. Ive only one week to go and my main dealer doesn't know anything about it?
