How to join the community?

Click on the “login” button at the top right then “Click here to register.”

Complete the form :

Your username

Your email

Your password

Then check the two boxes relating to the general conditions of use and the information relating to data processing, then click on the signup button.

On the second page you will be able to choose your Renault multimedia System.

You will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration.

How to login to the community?

At the top right, click on the “login” button, fill in your email address and your password then click on the “Login” button.

I forgot my password, how can I get it back?

At the top right, click on the “connection” button, then click on “forgot your password?”, enter your email address then click on the “continue” button.

You will receive an email inviting you to click on the link which will redirect you to a page to enter your new password.

How do I ask a question to the Renault Multimedia community?

Click on the “ask a question” button, start by filling in the title and content of your question:

Only members of the community can ask a question, if you do not have an account on the community, you can register and participate in the life of the Renault Multimedia community.
